Know Before You Go

Symposium Logistics:

• The conference will take place on the 2nd floor of the Charlotte Convention Center at 501 S. College St, Charlotte NC 28202. 

• Parking is not provided, but please see this link for information from the Convention Center regarding parking options in the area. 

• Registration and continental breakfast will take place 8:00 am - 8:45 am.

• Symposium programming will begin promptly at 9:00 am and conclude around 4:00 pm. 

• A networking reception will follow programming from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. 

• Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all meeting rooms and ballrooms.
